Berry Cobbler Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar, divided
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh berries

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the butter directly into the Tupperware Voila™ Glass Square Baking Dish and pop it in the oven until melted.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish—don’t stir!
  4. Evenly scatter berries over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp sugar.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
    Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or enjoy it at room temperature straight from the dish.
