Deviled Eggs Three-Ways
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Smoked Salmon
- 2 oz smoked salmon, finely diced
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp capers, finely chopped
- 2 tsp finely diced red onion or shallot
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
Spicy Chorizo
- 2 oz cooked chorizo, finely diced
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
Bacon Cheddar Chive
- 2 slices cooked crispy bacon, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp finely chopped chives
- Smoked paprika for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Halve the eggs lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a small Wonderlier® Bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and your desired flavoring option. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Use a spoon or piping bag to add the filling back into the egg whites.
- Store in the Snack-Stor® Large in the fridge until ready to serve.
