Deviled Eggs Three-Ways

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Smoked Salmon

  • 2 oz smoked salmon, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely diced red onion or shallot
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill

Spicy Chorizo

  • 2 oz cooked chorizo, finely diced
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime

Bacon Cheddar Chive

  • 2 slices cooked crispy bacon, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp finely chopped chives
  • Smoked paprika for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a small Wonderlier® Bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and your desired flavoring option. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Use a spoon or piping bag to add the filling back into the egg whites.
  4. Store in the Snack-Stor® Large in the fridge until ready to serve.
