Ingredients
- 6 cups hot water
- 4 cups white rice
- 13.5 oz./328 g coconut milk
- 15 oz./425 g cream of coconut
- 7 cups cold water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Prep rice
- Add hot water and rice to medium bowl and set aside until water has cooled. In Supersonic Chopper Tall with blade attachment, blend together water and rice, 2 cups at a time, and strain onto 1-Gal./3.8 L Classic Sheer Pitcher until all rice and water have been blended together.
Combine & enjoy
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Serve over ice.
