No-cook Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raspberries (±250 g) (washed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (± 30 ml)
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup (± 45 ml)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (± 10 ml)

Directions

  1. Using the SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with blade attachment, add ½ cup raspberries and chia seeds. Cover and pull cord until smooth. Add agave syrup and lemon juice and blend again for approx. 30 sec.
  2. Add another ½ cup raspberries and pull cord until smooth. Repeat with remaining raspberries. Let rest for 10 min. before blending one final time.
  3. Pour chia jam into a container with a lid and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  4. Enjoy on toast, in a peanut butter and jam sandwich, as a topping on yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles and more!
