Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- ¾ cup / 100 g Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Sriracha sauce
- Chili crisp
- Cilantro
Directions
- Chop chickpeas and garlic together using the SuperSonic™ Chopper Compact.
- Add lemon juice, tahini and olive oil, as well as salt & pepper to taste.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Top with sriracha, chili crisp and cilantro.
