Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups quick oats
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1½-cup milk of choice
- ¼-cup water
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼-cup mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F/ 190°C. Place Silicone Rectangular Form on metal baking sheet and set aside.
- In Thatsa medium bowl, add oats, chia seeds, graham crackers, baking soda and salt. Mix using Simple Spoon until well combined.
- Add maple syrup, milk, water, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Pour mixture to Silicone Rectangular Form and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, unmold and cut into bars. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
