St. Patrick's Marshmallow Treats Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 12 marshmallows
- 5-7 drops green food coloring
- 4 cups frosted toasted oat cereal with marshmallows
Directions
- In Daily Universal 4.2 Qt./4 L Stockpot melt butter over medium low heat. Add marshmallows and once slightly melted, add food coloring. Stir with metal whisk until fully melted.
- Turn off heat and fold in cereal until coated.
- Transfer to Silicone Rectangular Form and press down with Silicone Spatula until firm. Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
- Once set, peel back silicone form and cut in even portions. Serve immediately.
