Protein Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ¾ cup / 100 g Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Chili crisp
  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Chop chickpeas and garlic together using the SuperSonic™ Chopper Compact.
  2. Add lemon juice, tahini and olive oil, as well as salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and blend until smooth.
  4. Top with sriracha, chili crisp and cilantro.
